Lovely holiday cottage on the Bernia Mountain. Beautiful location with stunning views over the Mediterranean see, the mountais and the valley. Tranquil and privately situated.
The cottage has a livingroom with ceiling fan, also french doors opening onto your own private terrace and garden, while the electric fireplace warms any chilly night. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave/oven and all the utensils you may need to enjoy your stay.
Sleeping accomodation includes a master bedroom also with french doors, with double bed (1.60 x 2m), a ceiling fan and an airconditioning unit; as wel as an additional small bedroom with 2 single beds (0.9 x 2m) that can be arranged as a double bed if required, and a column fan. The bathroom includes vanity, toilet and shower along with hairdryer, and a small electric heater. All the tilt and turn windows have mosquito screens.
Television channels are via the Internet : English, Dutch, French, Germain, Belgium, Sweden, Irish and Sportchannels.
Wifi is available in the cottage and also near the pool/terrace.
The cottage is situated on basement level of the main villa. You walk along the basement to the outdoor stair to go up to the spacious south facing terrace with a large heated infinity pool (soft salt water, no chlorine), which includes comfortable sun loungers to enjoy whilst swimming and relaxing. Toilet and shower (hot/cold water) facilities are also available.
For those who love space and quietness and yet want to be amongst people only a few minutes away by car, this is the perfect place for you. The privately situated cottage stands with its back against the Bernia mountain at 250m above sealevel.
From your own private terrace or the adjoining pool, both south orientated, you can enjoy stunning, breathtaking views out to the ocean and mountains, while at night the many stars and lights from the nearby villages twinkle above and below.
If traveling by car you are within 5 minutes in Altea la Vella where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. By car it will take you only 10 minutes to the nearest beach. Other attractions such as Altea are 15 minutes away. Calpe is 20 minutes away and Benidorm with all its entertainment is also 20 minutes away.
Above the cottage is a protected green area. From here sporty guests can go hiking or mountaineering and enjoy the beautiful landscape with all its wildlife and flora and fauna.
Because of the location of the cottage you need a car to visit the surrounding area. Private parking is available with access to the cottage by stairs or through an outdoor elevator. The nearest busstop is in Altea la Vella.
Unfortunately the cottage is not suitable for little children (toddlers), or for disabled persons due to the different levels of the terrain.
Altea and the surroundings are full of many local attractions with plenty to see and do, ideal for daytrips to either the coast or mountains which are within easy reach. And no need to say, the climate at the Costa Blanca is wonderfull, lots of sunny days and hardly any rainfall.

Beschreibung
Das komfortable, gemühtlich und komplett eingerichtete Ferienhaus hat einen fantastischen Panoramablick über das Mittelmeer, das Tal und die Berge.
Für diejenigen die Ruhe, Privacy und Erholung haben möchten und nur mit wenige Autominuten unter die Menschen sein möchten, ist diesem Ort perfekt für Sie.
Das privat gelegene Ferienhaus liegt 250 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und ist unmittelbar an den Berg gebaut.
Von ihrer eigenen, privaten Terrasse oder von dem Großen beheizten Überlaufpool, beide nach Süden ausgerichtet, haben sie spektakuläre Aussichten auf das Mittelmeer und die Berge. Abends können sie die vielen Sterne am Himmel und die Lichter der Dörfer im Tal genießen.
Aufgrund der Lage dieser Ferienhaus benötigen sie zur Erkundung der Umgebung ein Fahrzeug (Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in Altea la Vella). Hinter unserem elektrischen Zaun stehen kostenlos Privatparkplätze zur Verfügung, wonach man über die Treppe entweder die Außenaufzug nach das Ferienhaus gehen kan.
Mit ihrem Wagen sind sie in etwa 5 Autominuten in Altea la Vella, wo es Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars gibt. Und in nur 10 Autominuten am nächsten Strand. Die Möglichkeit zu vielen Ausflügen ist gegeben. Die Orte Altea (15 Minuten) Calpe Minuten) und Benidorm (20 minuten) mit vielen Stränden und Entertainment sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In all diesen Orten gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur Erholung.
Oberhalb des Ferienhauses befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet. Von hier aus können sportliche Gäste wandern oder die wunderschöne Landschaft mit ihren Tieren (wilde Ziegen und Schweinen), Flora und Faune entdecken und genießen.
Laut OMS (Weltgesundheitsorganisation) ist das Klima an der Costa Blanca eines der gesündesten der Welt. Dies spiegelt sich in vielen Sonnen- und wenig Regentagen wieder.
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelflügeltüren zu ihrer privaten Terrasse, ein elektrischen Kamin und ein Deckenventilator. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Combi Microwelle und Induktionsherd.
Das grosse Schlafzimmer verfügt ebenfalls über eine Doppelflügeltür zur Terrasse, einer Klimaanlage, einem Deckenventilator und einem Doppelbett (1.60 x 2.00m)
Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat einen Ventilatorsäule und 2 Einzelbetten (0.80 x 2.00m), die nach Wunsch auch zusammen gestellt werden können.
Das Badezimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit einen Waschbecken mit Möbel, ein Toilet, ein Duschcabine, ein kleinen Elektroheizer, ein Haartrockner und ausreichend Platz für Ihre Körperpflegeprodukte .
Alle Dreh- und Kippflügelfenster verfügen über Moskitogitter.

Leider is das Ferienhaus nicht geeignet für Behinderte und kleine Kinder (Kleinkinder), wegen die höhe unterschieden in das Gelände.

Salzwasserpool:
Der nach Süden ausgerichtete und mit Sonnenkollektoren beheizte Infinity-Pool verfüegt über ein Salzwassersystem, das sehr weiches Wasser für die Haut erzeugt.
Um den Pool gibt es eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen, eine Außendusche mit warmem und kaltem Wasser, eine Toilette, Luftmatratzen usw.
Der Terrasse mit Pool ist für 2 Familien sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn sowohl das Chalet als auch die Villa vermietet werden, teilen sich beide Parteien den Pool mit der Terrasse.

Preciosa casita en la montaña de Bernia. Hermosa ubicación con muy impresionantes vistas sobre el mar Mediterráneo, los montanas y el valle. Tranquilo y privado situado.
La casita tiene una sala de estar con ventilador de techo, también dos puertas de patio que se abren a su propia terraza y jardín privados, mientras que la chimenea eléctrica calienta cualquier noche fría. La cocina incluye lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, cocina, microondas / horno y todos los utensilios que pueda necesitar para disfrutar de su estancia.

La casita está situada en nivel del sótano de la villa principal. Pasa el sótano hasta la escalera exterior para subir a la espaciosa terraza orientada al sur con una gran piscina infinita climatizada (agua salada suave, sin cloro), que incluye cómodas tumbonas para disfrutar mientras nada y se relaja. También hay disponibles un aseo y una ducha (agua fría / caliente).
Para aquellos que aman el espacio y la tranquilidad y, sin embargo, desean estar entre la gente a solo unos minutos en automóvil, este es el lugar perfecto para usted. La casita de ubicación privada se encuentra de espaldas a la montaña Bernia a 250 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

Le chalet dispose d'un salon avec ventilateur de plafond, de portes françaises s'ouvrant sur votre propre terrasse et jardin privés, tandis que le foyer électrique réchauffe les nuits fraîches. La cuisine comprend un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes / four et tous les ustensiles dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour profiter de votre séjour.
Le couchage comprend une chambre principale également avec porte fenêtre, un lit double (1,60 x 2 m), un ventilateur de plafond et une unité de climatisation; ainsi qu'une petite chambre supplémentaire avec 2 lits simples (0,9 x 2m) pouvant être aménagés en lit double si nécessaire et un ventilateur sur colonne. Le chalet est situé au sous-sol de la maison. Remarque: nous avons également une maison de vacances séparée à louer. Les deux sont situés en privé. Si notre maison de vacances est louée pendant votre séjour, vous partagez la piscine avec cette grande terrasse.
Pour ceux qui aiment l'espace et le calme et qui veulent être parmi des gens à quelques minutes en voiture, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Le chalet privé est adossé à la montagne de Bernia, à 250 m d'altitude.
Depuis votre terrasse privée ou la piscine attenante, vous pourrez profiter d’une vue imprenable sur l’océan et les montagnes, tandis que la nuit, les nombreuses étoiles et lumières des villages voisins scintillent au-dessus et au-dessous.
Si vous voyagez en voiture, vous êtes à 5 minutes à Altea la Vella où vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants et des bars. En voiture, il ne vous faudra que 10 minutes pour rejoindre la plage la plus proche. D'autres attractions telles que Altea sont à 15 minutes. Au-dessus du chalet se trouve un espace vert protégé. De là, les sportifs peuvent faire de la randonnée ou de l'alpinisme et profiter du magnifique paysage avec toute sa faune et sa flore.
En raison de l'emplacement du chalet, vous avez besoin d'une voiture pour visiter les environs. Un parking privé est disponible avec accès au chalet par des escaliers ou par un ascenseur extérieur. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à Altea la Vella.
Malheureusement, le chalet n'est pas adapté pour les petits enfants (enfants en bas âge) ou pour les personnes handicapées en raison des différents niveaux de la propriété.
Altea et ses environs regorgent d'attractions locales regorgeant de choses à voir et à faire, idéales pour des excursions d'une journée sur la côte ou les montagnes facilement accessibles. Piscine à débordement chauffée à l'énergie solaire avec une station d'épuration au sel, sans chlore, une eau si douce pour votre peau. Il y a une grande terrasse autour de la piscine avec des chaises longues, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et froide, des toilettes, des matelas pneumatiques, etc.
Cette zone est bien équipée pour 2 familles. Lorsque le chalet et la villa sont tous deux loués, les deux parties partagent la piscine avec sa terrasse.

Comfortabel en volledig ingericht chalet met een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht
Comfortabel en volledig ingericht chalet op de Bernia bergketen (1128m) aan de Costa Blanca. Prachtige en unieke locatie, 250m boven zeeniveau. Privé en volledig op het zuiden gelegen met een prachtig adembenemend uitzicht over de Middellandse zee, de bergen en de vallei. Geweldig door zonnepanelen verwarmd, groot overloopzwembad. Winkels en restaurants op 2 km.
Omschrijving
Een volledig ingericht en zeer comfortabel vakantiechalet, met een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht op 1 van de mooiste plekken aan de Costa Blanca. Voor diegenen die van privacy, rust en ruimte houden en toch met een paar autominuten onder de mensen willen zijn is dit de perfecte plek. Het is een privé huis en hoog gelegen chalet dat met de achterzijde tegen de berg staat.
Vanaf uw terras, of vanuit het zwembad, beide op het zuiden gericht, geniet u overdag van het panoramisch uitzicht en 's avonds van de sterrenhemel en van de vele lichtjes van de dorpjes in het dal.
Met de auto bent u in 5 minuten in Altea la Vella waar zich winkels, restaurants en bars bevinden, op 10 minuten van zee, op 15 minuten van het centrum van Altea en op 20 minuten van Calpe. In 20 minuten bent u ook in het centrum van Benidorm met al haar vele uitgaansgelegenheden.
Het chalet heeft een woonkamer met openslaande tuindeuren, een plafondventilator en een schouw met een elektrische kachel; keuken met luxe apparatuur waaronder een vaatwasser, koelkast, diepvries, inductiekookplaat, afzuigkap en combimagnetron;
ouderslaapkamer ook met openslaande tuindeuren, een airco unit, een plafondventilator voor extra comfort en een tweepersoonsbed (1.60 x 2m); kleine slaapkamer met 2 losse bedden (0.9 x 2m, die aan elkaar geschoven ook als tweepersoonbed kunnen worden gebruikt) en een ventilatorzuil; badkamer met wastafel met opbergruimte, föhn, douche met massagejets, toilet en een elektrisch straalkacheltje; eigen terras met eet- en zitgelegenheid en een ruime tuin op het zuiden.
Alle draai/kiepramen zijn voorzien van horren.
Televisiezenders: Nederlands, Engels, Frans, Duits, Iers, Zweeds, Belgisch en sportkanalen.
Wifi is aanwezig in het chalet en natuurlijk ook bij het zwembad/terras.
Via een pand langs het souterrain van de eigenaarswoning loopt u naar de buitentrap die leidt naar het zeer ruime terras met het grote zwembad (verwarmd overloopzwembad met een reinigingsinstallatie met zout i.p.v. chloor), met ligbedden, een toilet en een buitendouche waarvan u uiteraard gebruik kunt maken. Ook dit terras en het zwembad liggen op het zuiden. Om heerlijk te kunnen dobberen in het zwembad hebben we een aantal luchtbedden klaar voor gebruik liggen.
Boven het chalet ligt beschermd natuurgebied, de zogenaamde "groene zone". Sportieve gasten kunnen vanuit het chalet de berg beklimmen en genieten van de flora en fauna op de berg.
Gezien de ligging van het chalet is eigen vervoer noodzakelijk. De dichtsbijzijnde bushalte bevindt zich in Altea la Vella. U kunt gratis parkeren op ons eigen terrein. De oprit is voorzien van een elektrische toegangspoort. Het chalet is vanaf het parkeerterrein bereikbaar via een buitentrap, of via een buitenlift.
Het terrein is helaas niet geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen (peuters) en minder validen i.v.m. hoogteverschillen.
Wilt u erop uit, dan is er genoeg te doen en te zien in deze omgeving. Zowel aan de kust als in het mooie bergrijke achterland. Er valt veel te ontdekken. Indien gewenst kan de eigenaar u hierover veel meer vertellen.
En onnodig te zeggen dat het weer aan de Costa Blanca bijna altijd mooi en zonnig is, met slechts af en toe een beetje regen.

Gedeeld gebruik van het op het zuiden liggende zwembad:
Door zonnepanelen verwarmd overloopzwembad met een reinigingsinstallatie met zout, geen chloor, dus zacht water voor je huid.
Rondom het zwembad bevindt zich een groot terras met een buitendouche (warm/koud water) en een toilet. Bij het zwembad staan ruim voldoende ligbedden. Er zijn luchtbedden voorhanden om heerlijk op het water te kunnen dobberen. Alles staat u vrij ter beschikking.

Geweldige vakantie op een magische plek!
We hebben echt een geweldige vakantie gehad bij Caroline en Ton in het chalet bovenop de berg met prachtig uitzicht!!
Het huisje van was van alle gemakken én meer voorzien! Aan alles was gedacht. Nog niet eerder hebben wij zo’n compleet ingericht verblijf gehad. Het was schoon, ruim, een fijne keuken en een heel erg fijn privé terras.
Het chalet wordt in de hele, hete zomerdagen wel redelijk warm van binnen.
De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig. Ook hier hebben wij iedere dag van genoten.
In de omgeving is er veel te doen en lekker eten.
Caroline en Ton waren erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook toen onze vakantie even stroef van start ging, toen wij onze auto niet mee kregen op de airport, zijn we erg fijn door hun geholpen.
We hebben echt een top vakantie gehad hier en raden dit verblijf iedereen aan.

Wat een geweldige week hebben wij gehad in de cottage van Caroline en Ton.
De cottage is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien en Caroline en Ton zijn een geweldige gastvrouw en -heer.
Ze staan altijd klaar om fantastisch advies te geven. Of het nu over een leuk strandje gaat of over een eet tentje, het advies is altijd op maat.
De cottage is onbeschrijflijk mooi gesitueerd, evenals de villa. Het zwembad ziet er aantrekkelijk uit en hoe het voelt om erin te zwemmen, is een ervaring op zich. Nogmaals hartelijk dank voor een geweldige week!

Cottage incroyable
après avoir découvert le lieu sur les réseaux, le cottage et l’emplacement sont vraiment à couper le souffle. la vue depuis le cottage et vraiment époustouflant, la piscine est également incroyable. La tranquillité du lieu est également de mise et c’est très appréciable. le cottage est parfaitement équipé et il dispose de tout le nécessaire.
les propriétaires sont très attentionnés et disponibles pour renseigner les vacanciers, sans qu’on les aperçoives trop. ils mettent tout en place pour que les personnes se sentent à l’aise pendant le séjour.
la région est également très chouette à découvrir à pieds ou en vélo même si les quelques pentes pourraient décourager les moins sportifs.
j’ai passé vraiment un très agréable séjour et je recommande vivement ce lieu.
j’y retournerai avec plaisir, c’était tip top :).

Hallo aan iedereen, wij verbleven in augustus bij Ton en Caroline in de cottage. Wij hadden geboekt voor de cottage en wij garanderen aan ieder deze heel nette en complete accommodatie. Je geniet er van pure privacy omdat, je daar juist, maar toch nabij de villa tot alle rust kan komen.
Het overloopzwembad is echt de max met zicht op Altea, Albir, Benidorm en de zee. Niemand zit hoger dan jou, dus kijkt niemand van boven op jou. Top eigenaars. Wij zijn nu terug op weg naar daar. Doen!!!☀️
Nu verblijven we ‘ns in de villa, maar de cottage was zeker ons ding. Dikke pluim aan onze vrienden Ton en Caroline. Veel liefs Dimi en Fabienne
Paradise
We spent the most wonderful week in the cottage. Well, the July heat meant that most time was spent by or in the wonderful infinity pool or on the terrace.
What stroke us the most was the breathtaking view from the property! Amazing … nothing less. The property is tastefully decorated and besides a big variety of trees and flowers, you could enjoy some of the little funny details, such as the olive tree with a face, the cow or the face-chairs.
Caroline and Ton are the friendliest hosts we have ever met. They sincerely cared about how we were doing. We could ask for recommendations and would get honest answers.
We will definitely return to this wonderful piece of Paradise!

A home away from home
This year was our third time renting the cottage and it’s always the perfect get away from the city to a nice and quiet area to relax and disconnect from the world. This has very quickly become our annual summer holiday trip without negotiation. Even during these times (COVID), both Caroline and Ton abide by all the local rules and provide guests with the necessary information and supplies if needed. They make you feel at home as soon as you arrive and are happy to give suggestions on what to do in the area or where to eat. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway with a view that does not disappoint.
Paradijs 👌🏽
Als je rust wilt en een uitzicht wilt waar je U tegen zegt dan is dit the place to be! Vooraf was er al een hartelijk contact en zodra je er bent is het uitzicht meteen al adembenemend en wordt je heel fijn ontvangen. Wij verbleven in de cottage gezellig knus met ook weer het adembenemende uitzicht. Ton en Caroline zijn hele lieve zorgzame mensen die interesse tonen en zorgen dat je een relaxte vakantie krijgt. Er staat een vijgenboom bij het pad naar de cottage, waar overdag vlinders om je heen vliegen als je er langs loopt. Ook bij het infinity zwembad heb je “live“ televisie uitzicht zoals zij dat noemen, elke keer zie je weer wat anders. s’Avonds kun je de wilde geiten zien in de bergen als je geluk hebt. Ik kan nog wel even doorgaan maar dit moet je gewoon zelf ervaren, dus gewoon boeken en laat je verrassen!
Ton en Caroline, nogmaals héél erg bedankt ook namens onze boeven en ook voor jullie medeleven! 😘
Quiet escape to paradise
My teenage daughter and I wanted a few days away from our house overrun with boys (two brothers, one husband – we needed girl time!). Although we own our own home in the area, we felt the need to get away but also didn’t want to be too far from our family. So we booked 4 nights at the cottage. What a wonderful experience! The drive up to the majestic property is an experience in itself. Once parked we offloaded our luggage in the outdoor elevator and arrived on the lower level where the cottage is situated. Caroline escorted us to our private terrace with breath taking views of the sea and proceeded to show us the indoors: a charming cottage with hardwood floors, high ceilings and white washed walls. The cottage is bright and cheery and offers everything you could need during your stay: well equipped kitchen, furnished and comfortable terrace to enjoy your meals « al fresco » and a table inside should you prefer the indoors. At night you can hear the wild mountain goats graze nearby and if you’re lucky you may even catch one in silhouette against the mountain. Being so high up means less mosquitoes and also gives you the opportunity to enjoy silence. Quiet it such a rare commodity!
Caroline is a welcoming host who took her time to explain the grounds and show us around. Having an incredible green thumb and a love of fruit trees meant we were spoiled with freshly picked nisperos and peaches. What a delight!
The cottage is nestled at one end of the vast property so it offers privacy and lets you easily forget there might be anyone else around.
The infinity pool is perfectly heated and very clean. The carefully selected trees planted on the large terrace offer shade if you need it while also perfuming the air with sweet smells. There is ample furniture around the pool: sun loungers with mattress pads, chairs and inflatables of all sorts for floating if you prefer.
My daughter and I were able to relax completely and fully enjoy the sun and the quiet. It was perfect and I will definitely repeat the experience soon.

Dit is werkelijk een paradijsje en je komt hier totaal tot rust! Het chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien. 100% privacy op je eigen terras met een adembenemend 180 graden panoramisch uitzicht over de groene vallei, Middellandse zee en bergen met pittoreske dorpjes. De door Caroline en Ton zelf aangelegde tuin vormt een geheel met de prachtige omliggende natuur. Er is ook een heerlijk ruim infinity zwembad met een zuiveringsysteem zonder chloor. Het ruime terras rondom het zwembad is voorzien van comfortabele ligbedjes en voldoende schaduwplekken onder de mooie bomen. Vanuit het zwembad heb je wederom een adembenemend 180 graden uitzicht over de vallei en Middellandse zee. Het kan bijna niet mooier! De hosts, Caroline en Ton, zijn twee fantastische lieve mensen. Wij hebben ze in ons hart gesloten. Het zal je hier echt aan niets ontbreken en wij komen zeker vaker terug.
A real paradise
This year was the second year that we booked a one week stay at Caroline’s and Ton’s cottage so we already knew what to expect, however, as soon as we arrived we were once again stunned by the incredible view and tranquility of the area. We booked this holiday with one single goal to completely disconnect and relax. The cottage, its surroundings and the infinity pool gave us exactly what we needed and we had a great stay once again. This place really offers something special, let it be your morning yoga by the pool, a glass of wine overlooking the sea, the mountains and the valley at sunset or a night swim with the stars above you! To top it all off, Caroline and Ton are amazing people and the perfect hosts, who make sure there isn’t a thing you miss and with the little touches they really make you feel welcome and at home. Needless to say we will be back next year!
Geweldige vakantie
Het is een stuk rijden maar dat is niet voor niets.
Wij hebben hier een fantastische week gehad…wat een prachtig uitzicht zowel vanaf ons huisje als vanuit het zwembad .
Het is voor een week je eigen paradijsje.
Bij aankomst lag er het een en ander in de koelkast 👍.
De enthousiaste eigenaren zijn er als je vragen hebt of als je informatie nodig heb voor de omgeving.
Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf een heerlijke tijd gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Super séjour à Altea el Pareiso
Nous avons passé une semaine dans le cottage. Celui-ci est très fonctionnel pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La vue sur la Méditerranée est magique surtout le soir quand la côte est illuminée.
Caroline et Tom sont très accueillants, charmants et très discrets.
Le meilleur pour la fin, c’est l’immense piscine à débordement que nous avons utilisé tous les jours.
En résumé une semaine parfaite à Altea el Paraiso.
Traumurlaubsdomizil bei Altea
Wir (eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, 14 und 17 Jahre alt) hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen im Juli in dem Ferienhäuschen von Caroline und Ton. Das Cottage ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wenn etwas fehlt, hat Caroline es sofort vorbei gebracht. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab es alle drei bis vier Tagen. Wir haben besonders den traumhaften Panoramablick ins Tal genossen. In dem Pool schwimmt man optisch bis ins Meer. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir sogar spät abends noch hineinspringen konnten. Das Haus ist das höchste am Berg. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung (nach Altea, Guadelest, den Stausee von Guadelest, auf den Penon de Ifach bei Calpe, zum Leuchtturm bei Altea, zu den Els Arcs, nach Valencia usw.) ist das Haus gut geeignet. Der Weg bergab nach Altea dauert ca. 15 min. Da ist das Meer und die schöne Altstadt, mit Restaurants und Geschäften.
Ein Urlaubsort, wo man seine Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wil je volledig tot rust komen, dan is dit jouw vakantie adres! Eenmaal aangekomen op locatie was meteen duidelijk hoe mooi dit plekje is. Niemand om je heen, een prachtig uitzicht en ook een super goed verzorgd, prettig en gezellig verblijf.
Dobberend in het chloor-vrije privé zwembad uitkijkend over Altea, Benidorm en meer kom je volledig tot rust. Geen drukke toeristen, geen auto’s of dergelijke en alleen maar de natuur die je ‘hoort’, heerlijk.
Daarnaast zijn Caroline en Ton constant bereikbaar voor als er enig ongemak is, of voor vragen. Super service en oprecht goede personen. Wij zien ons zeker nog eens terug komen in de toekomst!

Er is een infinity-pool aanwezig met zacht zout zwemwater i.p.v. chloor wat een zeer aangename ervaring is. Dobberend op een beschikbaar gesteld luchtbed heb je alweer een fantastisch uitzicht.
De eigenaren zijn gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
In de directe omgeving is genoeg te zien en te doen en een week was dan ook te kort. Wij komen zeer zeker nog een keer terug naar deze mooie plek. De ideale plek om vakantie te vieren!
Amazing in all matters
I have followed The Instagram profile for a while and was blown away by the beautiful photos.
Several months ago I decided that one day……….
So that day arrived in late May 2019.
We arrived in the middle of the night and were met by the most charming and friendly host, Caroline. We couldn’t hardly breathe facing all the lights under us from Altea, Albir and Benidorm and we could sence that the view in bright daylight would be even more breathtaking.
In the fridge were water, a bottle of Cava, cold beer and coca cola. there were also some nice snacks, so we went to bed (NICE, GOOD BEDS) in the nice and cosy cottage.
Next day we were not dissapointed. The views in all directions are amazing, the cottage has all you need and a little bit more. There are PLENTY of towels and Caroline will change them as well.
The pool area is comfortable and very clean and the pool is so lovely with its soft salt water, no chlorine -thank God.
It is very, very difficult (read impossible) to find anything bad to say at all.
The area is wonderfull, the house is cosy and comfortable and the very nice and friendly hosts are an honour to get to know.
For sure I will be back! This is indeed a hidden gem, and I would really love to keep it for myself, but I am a good person, so I will of course tell you. Go there, I say! Just go there.
Top locatie
We hebben een hele mooie week gehad bij Caroline en Ton. Wat een mooie plek en wat een schitterend uitzicht over Altea, Benidorm en de Middellandse zee. Bij de cottage heb je voldoende privacy en de cottage is van alle gemakken voorzien. Kortom een super locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie.
Wonderful place with fantastic view
We loved everything about this place. If you are looking for quite and tranquil this is the place. The views of the mountains and sea are to die for. Our kids aged 9 and 14 loved the pool area and so did we. Caroline and Ton were such warm and welcoming hosts. There is a lot of great trips to do in the area whether it’s visiting the villages in the mountains or at the sea.
Endroit magnifique!
Situation privilégié pour ce cottage indépendant avec une vue époustouflante ! Caroline et Tom, nos hôtes ont été particulièrement attentionnés et disponibles sans être envahissants! La piscine dont nous avons entièrement disposé offre une vue incroyablement dégagée et splendide tout en offrant un environnement très bien équipé. Cet endroit est très calme et permet un repos assuré, nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour chez Caroline et Tom et en conservons un excellent souvenir, nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à vous
The perfect place for us
We spend a full week in the lovely cottage of Caroline and Ton during our summer holiday. The cottage is located next to the main property and with a completely private terrace you can enjoy the view and the silence. While we were renting the cottage a family of 4 had rented the holiday home in the main house. Sharing the lovely and spacious pool area was never an issue. Instead it felt like sharing a high-end boutique hotel – just for the 6 of us in total. The property is located on the very top of the urbanization and offers great views of the valley, coast and neighboring cities. We found great trails close by for both running and hiking. As hosts, Caroline and Ton made us feel just at home. The cottage was super clean, well-equipped and with light decor. We would recommend this lovely place to anyone who wants total peace off the coastlines busy life, can share a pool area with few other people and who are not afraid to drive up a steep driveway (worth the views!!) :). Thanks for a great holiday!
Wundervoll !
In unserem langersehnten Sommerurlaub trafen wir vor Ort ein tolles Ferienhaus und wunderbare Gastgeber vor. Alles war wirklich wie auf den Bildern und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Unsere Kids 6 und 13 kamen ebenso auf ihre Kosten wie wir. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und dennoch hatte man absolut seine Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Hier hat man wirklich die Möglichkeit einen phantastischen Urlaub zu genießen !! Jederzeit würden wir hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Es war wirklich sehr, sehr schön und wir haben schweren Herzens Abschied genommen. Vielen Dank für eine wahnsinnig schöne Zeit !
Peaceful getaway
This place is even better than depicted on the pictures and lived up to all the expectations you would have and much more! Everything was as expected from the description with a little extra with the small touches here and there from the hosts. Our purpose of this trip was to relax and go offline for a week and this is the perfect place to do so. Completely secluded and with an amazing view. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle from the city and recharge your batteries. Caroline and Ton, thank you very much for your hospitality, we had the best possible holiday week!

Super!!!
Wij zijn een gezin met 3 kleine kinderen waaronder een baby. We hebben met ons allen supergoed genoten van deze vakantie. We zijn heel hartelijk en warm ontvangen door Caroline en Ton, een zeer lieve en vriendelijk koppel. Voor ons en de kids is deze week zeker en vast voor herhaling vatbaar!! De chalet, het zwembad en vooral de rustige maar prachtige omgeving waar we verbleven was buitengewoon fantastisch voor ons. De kids hebben hun lekker uitgeleefd in het verwarmd zwembad. Namens Mohamed, Hayat en de kids, een welgemeende dikke Merci voor de aangename week!!!

Heerlijke dagen gehad in Altea en omgeving
We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad, het chalet is prachtig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht vanuit het chalet en vanaf ons terras is echt prachtig. Het chalet heeft heel veel privacy, het staat op ruime afstand van de vakantievilla. Het zwembad met terras is echt waanzinnig mooi. In de omgeving is ook veel te beleven. De eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn, wij voelden ons heel welkom. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
Geweldige vakantieplek!!!
Wij hebben met onze 2 tiener dochters een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het chalet voldoet prima, vooral omdat je over het algemeen tijd buiten door brengt. Enige nadeel vonden wij dat het in augustus extreem warm weer was en daardoor was het warm binnen, vooral in de slaapkamers, ondanks een mobiele airco en de plafond ventilatoren. Huisje was heel schoon en de eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat je een fijne vakantie hebt. Mocht er iets aan de hand zijn dan doen ze er gelijk moeite voor om het probleem op te lossen. De locatie en het zwembad zijn echt geweldig. Als we de gelegenheid hebben gaan we zeker nog een keer terug. Nogmaals bedankt Ton en Caroline voor de heerlijke vakantie.
Heerlijk verblijf
We zijn warm ontvangen door de gastvrouw en heer. Uitstekend chalet met alle benodigde faciliteiten en een heerlijk bed. Er is een prachtige infinity-pool aanwezig met een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei, Altea en de zee!! Ook het uitzicht vanaf het chalet (zelfs vanuit bed) is fenomenaal. De mailwisseling is prettig en snel. Wij danken Caroline en Ton voor een warm onthaal en de gastvrijheid.
Genieten!!!
In de maand mei hebben wij een weekje het chalet van Caroline en Ton gehuurd. Een echte aanrader! De locatie Altea / Paradiso is echt fantastisch, de natuur, Altea La Vella, restaurants, etc. alles binnen handbereik. En dan in alle rust “thuiskomen” in het chalet. Caroline, Ton, Hartelijk dank voor het warme ontvangst en uitstekende verzorging.
